Training schedule and attendance tracking

Plan your sessions, see how many spots are taken and record who showed up – all from one place. Instead of looking up each member by hand, the system prepares the list for that session and you simply confirm it.

Building the training schedule

Define sessions by day, time and trainer, for both individual and group training. Set the schedule up once and adjust it whenever you need to.

  • Sessions by day, time and trainer
  • Individual and group training
  • Separate schedule per organizational unit

Session occupancy overview

See at a glance how many spots are taken in every session. Plan capacity, trainer rosters and new time slots with far less guesswork.

  • Signed-up members against session capacity
  • Daily and weekly overview
  • Clearly shows what fills up and what stays empty

Automatic attendance list

Once you build a roster for a session, the system can prepare the attendance list for you. You go through it and confirm who attended and who did not – no searching the database member by member.

  • List is generated from the session roster
  • Confirm each member's attendance in one step
  • Recorded visits count against the membership immediately
  • Optional – turn it on only when it suits you

Training attendance tracking

Record check-ins quickly – at reception or through the app – with a check that the member holds a valid membership and has visits left.

  • A check-in takes seconds
  • Valid membership verified on arrival
  • Used visits are deducted from the limit

Attendance reports by date

Review attendance for any period – daily, weekly or monthly. See which sessions work, which days are strongest and where capacity sits unused.

  • Any period – day, week or month
  • Broken down by session and by member
  • A basis for planning schedule and capacity

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to use the automatic attendance list?
No. It is an option you enable when you want it. Without it, attendance is recorded manually exactly as before.
What if a member shows up but is not on the list?
You can record them afterwards. The list is a starting point that saves you time, not a restriction on who can be added.
Do visits confirmed from the list count against the membership's allowed visits?
Yes. A confirmed visit is recorded just like a manually entered one and counts against the visit limit defined by the membership.
